                            Statement re Suspension                            

The Company has today requested an immediate suspension of trading of its
ordinary shares on AIM as it is unable to publish its audited results for the
year ended 31 December 2007 in accordance with the AIM Rules.

The Company is in the process of finalising its audited accounts and these are
expected to be announced and posted to shareholders as soon as possible.

A further statement will be made in due course.
