Board Changes


Tep Exchange Group Plc ("TEP" or "the Company") which has developed and
operates The Tep Exchange, a proprietary electronic trading platform for
dealing in traded endowment policies, today announces that following the
completion of the first stage of the Company's development, including its
Admission to trading on the Alternative Investment Market, Mr Moses Kraus, one
of the founders and creators of the exchange has decided, with the board's
approval, to relinquish his executive duties and has been appointed
non-executive deputy chairman with immediate effect. He retains a beneficial
interest of 22,034,698 Ordinary Shares in TEP equivalent to 19.06 per cent. of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.


The day-to-day management team of the Company continues to be led by Stephen
Kay, Chief Executive.


The Tep Exchange now has six market makers trading on the exchange and over
6,500 Independent Financial Advisers registered with the exchange.
