                              Holdings in Company 
 
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Discovery Metals Limited (the Company) advises the 
following changes in relation to significant shareholdings: 
 
(a)          On 19 March 2012, M&G Investment Funds and its associates advised 
that on 15 March 2012 it and its associates had increased their holding in the 
Company to 44,993,016 ordinary shares (representing approximately 10.17% of the 
issued capital in the Company); and 
 
(b)          On 19 March 2012, Vanguard Precious Metals & Mining Fund advised 
that on 15 March 2012 it had increased its holding in the Company to 27,390,000 
ordinary shares (representing approximately 6.20% of the issued capital in the 
Company). 
 
The Company has a total of 442,128,231 ordinary shares on issue.
