Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Discovery Metals Limited (the Company) advises the 
following changes in relation to significant shareholdings: 
 
 a. On 7 December 2011, Vanguard Precious Metals and Mining Fund advised that on 
    2 December 2011, it had increased its holding in the Company to 22,425,682 
    ordinary shares (representing approximately 5.095% of the issued capital in 
    the Company). 
 
 
The Company has a total of 440,128,231 ordinary shares on issue.
