AIM RELEASE

                              Holdings in Company 
 
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Discovery Metals Limited (the Company) advises the 
following changes in relation to significant shareholdings: 
 
(a)    On 2 November 2011, National Australia Bank Limited and its associated 
entities advised that on 27 October 2011, it had increased its holding in the 
Company to 22,248,589 ordinary shares (representing approximately 5.067% of the 
issued capital in the Company); and 
 
 
(b)   On 2 November 2011, Macquarie Group Limited and its associated entities 
(Macquarie) advised that on 31 October 2011, it ceased to be a substantial 
holder in the Company.  Macquarie had previously advised that it held 
58,493,361 ordinary shares (representing approximately 13.38% of the issued 
share capital in the Company). Macquarie's holding has now fallen below a voting 
power of 5%. 
 
 
The Company has a total of 439,128,231 ordinary shares on issue.
