Further to the announcement on 23 March 2009 of the proposed bid by Delek Belron 
International Limited for DGRE by way of scheme of arrangement pursuant to 
Article 125 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended (the "Proposal") and 
of a court hearing today to obtain an order from the Royal Court of Jersey 
convening a meeting of shareholders of the Company to vote on whether to approve 
the Proposal, DGRE confirms that the scheme circular (the "Circular") including 
a notice convening such meeting and setting out full details of the Proposal is 
being posted to shareholders today. 
Copies of the Circular will be available shortly for inspection by the public at 
the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP at Adelaide House, London Bridge, 
London EC4R 9HA and at the Company's registered office during normal business 
hours on any Business Day up to and including 24 April 2009.
