Appointment of Director
The Board of Debts.co.uk plc announces, following the Board appointments made at the time of the recent acquisition of the Relax group
of companies, the appointment of Trevor Moore as Group Finance Director.
Trevor Robert Moore, aged 45, joined the Group through the Relax Group of companies (within which Mr. Moore was a director of a number
companies), which was acquired by Debts.co.uk plc in May 2008. Mr. Moore has managed his own companies including Peart Haywood Industries
Limited* and Luton Painting Limited*, which he sold on to his business partner in 2004, and has previously been a director of Mortgage Talk
Limited, Loan Talk Limited, L&P 134 Limited, L&P 137 Limited and Luton Painting (Industrial) Limited. He is also currently a director of
Talk Financial Limited. In addition, he is a director of Dronfield Youth Outreach Limited, South Yorkshire Family Limited, Cliff College
Outreach Limited and Cliff College Trustee Limited, which are all charities.
Consequently, the current Finance Director, Richard Arden, has left the Group by mutual consent to pursue other interests. The Board
thanks him for his considerable contribution during his period as Finance Director.
*Peart Haywood Industries Limited and Luton Painting Limited were placed in receivership in 2005, subsequent to the sale of Mr. Moore's
shares in those companies.
