    As at 30 September 2008, the capital of Detica Group plc consists of 116,517,337 ordinary shares with voting rights.

    Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Detica Group plc is 116,517,337.

    The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
