Cytomyx Holdings Plc ("Cytomyx" or "Company") has been notified that on 14
December 2005 Mr Stephen Turner, a former director of the Company, sold
2,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in Cytomyx ("Ordinary Shares"), at a
price of 2.5 pence per share.  As a result of the disposal Mr Turner is now
interested in an aggregate 4,290,307 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
6.9 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
