An  amendment has been made to the purchase  price of the shares acquired by the 
Company  on 28 October 2011. The announcement made  by the Company at 11:57am on 
28 October  2011 as  HUG1559121  showed  a  price  of  49.5p per share. This has 
subsequently  been amended to 46.96p. The full  text of the revised announcement 
is as follows. 
 
Chrysalis  VCT plc announces that, on the 28 October 2011, the Company purchased 
25,000 ordinary  shares of  1p each for  cancellation representing approximately 
0.08% of the issued share capital at a price of 46.96p per share.
