Dividend declaration (Ordinary shares)

The Board  of Chrysalis  VCT plc  announces that  it has  declared  a
further interim dividend of 4.0p per Ordinary share in respect of the
year ended 31  October 2008.   The dividend will  comprise a  revenue
dividend of 2.5p per  Ordinary share and a  capital dividend of  1.5p
per Ordinary  share.  The  capital  dividend follows  the  successful
realisation of three of the Company's investments during the year  to
31 October 2008.

The dividend will be paid on 15 December 2008 to Shareholders on  the
register at 28 November 2008.

No dividends have  been declared  at this time  in respect  of the  D
Shares or the E Shares.
