Confirmation of Issued Share Capital and Outstanding Options and Warrants


As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital comprises
15,142,369 Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
treasury. This figure of 15,142,369 Shares may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in,
the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
