Clipper Windpower Plc (the "Company") 
Director/PDMR Shareholdings 
In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company wishes to announce that it was 
notified on 28 May 2010 that, on 26 May 2010, Mr James GP Dehlsen, being 
Chairman of the Board of Directors, gifted 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each 
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Ecomerit Fund, LLC, a company wholly owned 
by Mr James GP Dehlsen. 
As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr James GP 
Dehlsen is interested, both directly and indirectly, is 17,395,942, representing 
approximately 8.10 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (such 
number of shares comprising 355,637 Ordinary Shares held by Mr James GP Dehlsen, 
9,044,863 Ordinary Shares held by Dehlsen Associates, LLC, 5,495,442 Ordinary 
Shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust and 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares held by 
Ecomerit Fund, LLC).
