        Notification of Directors Dealings and Major Interest in Shares


Conister was informed on 12 October 2007 that as at the close of business on 3
October 2007, 6,904,645 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares")
registered in the name of STM Fidecs Nominees Limited and beneficially owned
jointly by Arron Banks (a Director of Conister) and Paul Chase-Gardener were
transferred at market price to Rock Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in
the Isle of Man. This shareholding represents 16.4 per cent. of Conister's total
voting rights.

Rock Holdings Limited is controlled by Arron Banks 51 per cent., Paul
Chase-Gardener 30 per cent. and John Gannon 19 per cent.

The closing market price of a Conister Ordinary Share on 3 October 2007 was
79.5p.
