                THE CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP PLC (the "Company")

                               Additional Listing


Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for one ordinary share of 1p each ("Share") to be admitted to the
Official List. The Share is being issued pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement
announced on 14 March 2008.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 29 April 2008 and that trading
will commence on 30 April 2008. When admitted, this Share will rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares.
