Castle Support Services plc ("Castle" or the "Company") 
Transaction in own shares 
 
 
Castle announces that on 10 June 2009, it contracted to purchase 2,369,139 of 
its own ordinary shares of 20p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price 
of 48.25p per share. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury. 
 
 
Following this purchase, Castle will hold 7,950,214 of its issued Ordinary 
Shares in treasury (and will have 118,108,186 Ordinary Shares trading on AIM). 
In total, the Company will have 126,058,400 Ordinary Shares in issue. 
 
 
The above figure of 118,108,186 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in Castle under the FSA's
