Transfer of Treasury Shares 
 
 
Cryo-Save Group (AIM/Euronext: CRYO or "the Group") announces that, on 12 
January 2010, 20,000 ordinary 
shares have been transferred from treasury 
shares for the purpose of satisfying an exercise of share options (at an 
exercise price of 279p per ordinary share) under the Cryo-Save Group 2007 Share 
Option Scheme. 
 
 
Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Group holds 404,000 
Ordinary Shares in treasury. 
 
 
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury 
shares) is 9,235,191.
