59,980 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company to
MAJC Holdings Limited (a company wholly owned by Mark
Cropper).
Mark Cropper's interests in the
Company have not changed as a result of the transfer and remain as

has a collective interest in 3,624,109 Ordinary Shares representing
37.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
