CERES AGRICULTURE FUND LIMITED 
 
Results of EGM and Appointment of Liquidators 
Ceres Agriculture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the resolution 
relating to the voluntary winding up of the Company proposed at the 
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held today, was passed. Trading of 
the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and listing of the 
shares on the Official List have been suspended, liquidators appointed and the 
directors have resigned with immediate effect. Trading of the Company's shares 
on the LSE and listing of its shares on the Official List will be cancelled with 
effect from 8.00am on 1 July 2010. 
The Company will therefore be wound up by means of a voluntary winding-up and 
shareholders will have their investment in the Company distributed in accordance 
with the proposals set out in the circular posted to shareholders on 10 June 
2010.
