The Company announces that Ms Kimberly Tara resigned and was not re-elected as a 
non-executive Director at the 2010 Annual General Meeting held on 15 June 2010 
and has therefore ceased to be a Director of the Company from that date. 
 
It is not intended that the Company appoint a replacement Director for Ms Tara
