In accordance with the Circular dated 4 February 2015, the listing of the Company's Shares on the UKLA Official List and trading of the Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled (the "Delisting") with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 6 March 2015.
