Changes in interest of Significant Shareholder
 
On 29 November 2008, the Company was informed that Carroll Works Inc. completed the acquisition of General Motive Limited on 16 October
2008. 
As a result, Carroll Works Inc. now owns all the issued share capital of Superpass Investments Limited, which in turn holds a total of
140,078,584  ordinary shares in the Company, representing 29.99 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
