The Company has been informed by a letter dated 30 November
1998,  from Hodgkinson Bennis Limited, that it has acquired
a   further   35,000  ordinary  shares   in   the   Company
representing  0.9%  of  the issued  share  capital  of  the
Company.   Accordingly, Hodgkinson Bennis  Limited  is  now
interested  in  419,675  ordinary  shares  in  the  Company
representing  10.78%  of the issued share  capital  of  the
Company.
