In accordance with Rule 16.17(a) of the AIM Admission Rules in
respect of directors' shareholdings the following information
falls to be disclosed:-

Safeplay Limited, acting as nominee for Recycled Rubber Products 
Limited (a company controlled by Vaughan McLeod, a director of 
Cambury Investments Plc) purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares 
of 1p each in Cambury Investments Plc at a price of 2p per share
on Wednesday 17 June 1998.  

The Company was informed of the purchase of shares on 18 June 1998.
