                       10th NOVEMBER 2010 (the "Meeting") 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 15th October 2010 the Chairman moved a 
proposal for the indefinite adjournment of the Meeting. 
The proposal was approved by the Meeting, and the Meeting was accordingly 
adjourned indefinitely. 
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement will have 
the same meaning given to such terms in the Circular of the Company dated 8th 
October 2010.
