ClearStar (AIM: CLSU and CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that on 15 May 2017, Sherrie Franks, Chief of Staff and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mrs Franks holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
