Board Appointment

Charterhouse Communications plc ("Charterhouse" or the "Company") wishes to
confirm that Andrew Beevers, aged 44, will join the Company as its new Managing
Director on 21st January 2008. As stated in the Company's announcement of 7th
November 2007, Andrew Beevers replaces Geoff Gamble who has now left the
Company.


Peter Strong, the Company's chairman, said:

"The board looks forward to working with Andy and seeing the business develop
further under his stewardship, both in its current markets and in exploring
other opportunities. At the same time, the board would like to thank Geoff again
for his hard work and dedication over the years and wish him every success for
the future."

There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Andrew Beevers in
respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
