On 26 August 2010, Franck Audrain, a person discharging managerial 
responsibilities, gifted 185,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") to his son, Auguste Audrain, and 75,877 Ordinary Shares to 
his civil partner, Carole Maire. Following the transaction, Mr. Audrain has an 
interest in 429,480 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the issued share 
capital.
