                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Cosmedia Group Holdings Limited (the "Company"), the holding company of an
advertising and media group with a focus on television advertising and home
shopping in China, is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Company, held on 13 December 2007, the special resolution
proposed to remove the restrictions on the Directors' borrowing powers in the
Articles of Association of the Company was duly passed.
