Company Update 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 6 January 2011, additional shareholder 
consultation in relation to the future direction of the Company has been 
conducted.  As a result of the views expressed by the Company's current 
shareholders, the Board has concluded that a continuation vote should be put to 
shareholders earlier than the June 2011 Annual General Meeting, namely at an 
EGM of the Company to be held in April 2011.  Should the continuation vote not 
be passed, shareholders will be given the opportunity at the same meeting to 
wind up the Company voluntarily. 
 
A circular setting out further details will be sent to shareholders in March 
2011.
