Bristol Water plc is pleased to announce the appointment today of three
directors, namely, Juan Antonio Guijarro Ferrer, (non-executive), Manuel Navarro
Agullo (executive), and Manuel Cermeron Romero (executive).

From today Manuel Navarro Agullo becomes Chief Executive and Alan Parsons,
formerly Chief Executive of the Company, becomes Managing Director.

There are no disclosures pursuant to paragraph 9.16.3 of the Listing Rules.
