    Result of EGM

    The board of Bluewater is pleased to announce that the special resolution set out in the circular to shareholders on 8 October 2008 was
passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of the Company held earlier today. 

    The Company's trading facility on the AIM Market will be cancelled with effect from close of dealings on 11 November 2008.  Shareholders
who wish to sell shares in the Company after that date should contact the Company Secretary who will hold details of orders for prospective
matched trades.
