    Issue of Equity


    Bluewater announces that on 18 September 2008 the Company issued 888,889 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), pursuant to contractual obligations in relation to corporate broking services provided to the Company.

    Application has been made for the 888,889 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings will
commence on 1 October 2008. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.

    Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares the Company's issued share capital will consist of 248,019,385 Ordinary Shares, with
voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
