CONTRACT WIN


Bristol & London PLC ("Bristol & London"), the UK's leading provider of prestige
replacement vehicles to non-fault drivers involved in an accident, announces an
exclusive two-year contract with Tony Purslow Limited (the "Purslow Group"), an
independent dealership, under which Bristol & London will provide accident
management services to its Mercedes, Chrysler Jeep, Dodge, Mini and BMW drivers
through its four dealer outlets based across the South of England.

The new agreement is a continuation of Bristol & London's strategy of agreeing
exclusive relationships with dealer networks and repair centres.  After an
accident occurs, non-fault drivers will be referred by the Purslow Group to
Bristol & London for a suitable replacement vehicle.

Paul Thrower, the Purslow Group's Aftersales Director, said "Our new agreement
