Trading Statement

The Directors of the Company (the "Directors") are providing the following
update on trading for the year ending 31 January 2007.

The Directors have been negotiating two major contracts for a number of months
with a view to forming an exclusive trading relationship with the companies
concerned.  These negotiations are ongoing and whilst the Directors remain
optimistic of bringing them to a successful conclusion, this may not now be
achieved in the current year.

Although it is still early in the current financial year, the Directors believe,
in view of the delay in concluding the above contracts, that the results for the
year will be below current market expectations and that profits could be lower
than the previous year.

Whilst the results in the first four months of the year are disappointing it is
seen as a temporary situation that should not impede the Company's longer-term
future performance.

An update on progress will be provided when the interim results are announced in
September.
