Sale of Shares by Director


Further to today's announcement in respect of a sale of shares by Richard Abel,
Chief Executive, Bristol & London plc ("Bristol & London" or the "Company")
announces that, in order to satisfy additional investor demand, Mr Abel has
today sold a further 333,334 ordinary shares through the market at 90 pence
each.  Following this sale, Mr Abel's interest in the Company's shares is
21,465,226 ordinary shares (representing 88.7 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital).
