                     Biocare Solutions floats on AIM Market


                             First day of dealings





Biocare Solutions plc ("BSN.L") announces today the first day of trading of its
Ordinary Shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission to
trading follows a Placing of the Company's Ordinary Shares, which raised #6 1/4
million before expenses, at the Placing Price of 20 pence per share.


The Company expects it will have a market capitalisation of #18.3 million, when
the shares commence trading this morning. KBC Peel Hunt Ltd is acting as
Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company.


The Company


Biocare Solutions is a fast growing company that develops, manufactures and
sells effective natural household cleaning products. Its products, which retail
through major supermarkets, use plant based ingredients that are as effective
and competitively priced as chemical alternatives.


The Company serves a new but rapidly expanding market as both consumers and
retailers become more aware of the needs of the environment. All packaging is
fully recyclable, reinforcing the Company's green credentials.


The market for effective chemical-free cleaning products continues to gain
momentum as governments, the retail trade and the public show a growing interest
in products that offer positive ecological benefit over traditional chemical
solutions perceived to have a potentially adverse effect on health and the
environment.


The proceeds of the placing will be used immediately to expand production at the
companies manufacturing facility in Meda, Italy. The company aims to grow sales
and distribution as fast as possible consistent with prudent financial
management.

Commencing with distribution in Italy sales have begun into the UK and business
opportunities are being explored in the Far East. Earlier this year a range of
laundry cleaning products was launched, complementing an original suite of
surface cleaning products for kitchens and bathrooms. New products in car care
and other areas are under development.
