Advanced Computer Software Plc (AIM: ASW) a leading provider of software and IT 
services to the Primary Care sector, announces that pursuant to the Acquisition 
Agreement that was completed on 15 June 2009, following the Offer for Business 
Systems Group Holdings Plc ("BSG") being declared wholly unconditional, ACS has 
acquired 18,315,018 BSG Shares from the trustees of the Nick Gerard Life 
Interest Trust, in exchange for the issue and allotment of 14,000,000 ACS Shares 
(approximately 4 per cent. of the enlarged share capital) at an issue price of 
25 pence per ACS share to the Nick Gerrard Life Interest Trust. 
 
 
Consequently the Company has applied for the application of 14,000,000 new 
ordinary shares  in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission 
expected to occur on or around 19 June 2009. 
 
 
Following this issue the Company will have 350,170,170 ordinary shares in issue 
which represent the Company's total voting rights. 
 
 
For the avoidance of doubt capitalised terms have the same meaning as in the 
Rule 2.5 announcement made by the Company on 8 May 2009.
