                            Director's shareholding


Pursuant to the announcement made by the Company on 6 September concerning the
application for 42,441,600 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to
the Alternative Investment Market pursuant to the acquisition of Icon Management
Solutions Limited, the Company announces that the shareholding of Leon Angel, a
director of the Company, has increased to 56,676,573 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 6.75 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company. Of this shareholding, 54,011,573 ordinary shares are held
beneficially by Mr. Angel and 2,665,000 ordinary shares are held
non-beneficially on behalf of certain third parties.
