director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed non-executive Chairman of DCC plc as previously announced on 27 May 2008 by
that company. Mr Michael Buckley has been a non-executive Director of DCC plc since September 2005 and since then Senior Independent
Director. 
      
    There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Michael
Buckley.
