Board Changes

Blueheath, the national delivered wholesaler, is delighted to today announce the
following Board appointments.

As announced in the statement dated 30th May 2006, Richard Rose steps up from
the position of Deputy Chairman to Executive Chairman, replacing Colin Smith who
resigns from his post today.

As previously announced, Mark Aylwin joins the company with effect from 1st
September 2006 as Chief Executive, replacing Douglas Gurr, the Company's
founder, who resigns today.

David Morrison and Ian Fraser have also today stepped down as non-executive
Directors with immediate effect. The Company therfore has two non-executive
Directors now, being John Hewett and Mark Naughton-Rumbo.

Commenting on the changes, Richard Rose, the Executive Chairman said:

"Firstly, I am delighted to welcome Mark to the Board as he brings a wealth of
relevant experience to Blueheath, particularly at this important period of
transformation for the Company.

I would like to thank Colin and Douglas for their hard work and leadership in
developing and growing Blueheath from initial formation to AIM listed plc. We
wish them well in future endeavours.

I would also like to extend mine and the Board's gratitude to David and Ian and
we also wish them well in the future."
