The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited is pleased to announce
the following recent investments made by the Marwyn Neptune Fund LP ("Marwyn
Neptune Fund"):

Aldgate Capital Plc

#4.475m of the #5m raised on the initial public offering of Aldgate Capital Plc,
an investing company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange plc ("AIM") on 11 April 2006. Marwyn Neptune Fund's interest
represents approximately 90% of the company's issued share capital.

Bow Lane Capital Plc

#4m of the #5.7m raised on the initial public offering of Bow Lane Capital Plc,
an investing company listed on AIM on 21 April 2006. Marwyn Neptune Fund's
interest represents approximately 70% of the company's issued share capital.
