                 Admission to the Alternative Investment Market


Shares in Bow Lane Capital Plc (the "Company"), a newly incorporated company
established to acquire and manage companies and businesses in sectors where the
directors of the Company believe there are opportunities for consolidation,
today begin trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange plc ("AIM") following an initial #5.7m fundraising.


The Company's intention is to acquire one or more profitable businesses or
companies and to use these as a platform for further acquisitions. The directors
will focus on sectors undergoing structural, technological and/or regulatory
change when assessing acquisition opportunities. The Company will consider the
following sectors in particular: environmental services and alternative energy.


The #5.7m has been raised through a private institutional placing. Marwyn
Neptune Fund LP, a Cayman Islands fund managed by Marwyn Investment Management
LLP, has subscribed for #4m of the placing and its interest will represent
approximately 70% of the Company's issued share capital post admission to AIM.


In addition to Aldgate Capital Plc, an investing company which listed on AIM on
11 April 2006, since August 2004 Marwyn has launched seven different companies
which together have completed 13 acquisitions with an aggregate transaction
value (including initial public offerings) in excess of #450 million. Six of
these seven companies are listed on AIM and the average share price appreciation
of these publicly quoted companies since their respective initial public
offerings is 106.6 per cent, as at 12 April 2006.


David Williams, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, said: "We
