 BKN Expands Its Business Into DVD And New Media Distribution By Launching 
       BKN Home Entertainment Ltd (UK) And BKN Home Entertainment Inc (US)

BKN, a global animation company engaged in the distribution and marketing of
animated children's television programmes and related consumer products, has
entered the home entertainment and new media distribution business by forming
BKN Home Entertainment Ltd in the UK and BKN Home Entertainment Inc in the US,
it was announced today by Allen Bohbot, BKN Group CEO. The goal for these two
new businesses is to take greater control of the distribution of the Company's
content in all emerging forms and venues.

Matthew Graham-Clare and Mark Saxe, based in London have respectively been
appointed Managing Director and Production Director effective immediately.

Graham-Clare joins BKN from Universal Pictures, where he was Sector Manager of
the DVD division. Graham-Clare has over ten years of experience in the home
entertainment business. Prior to joining Universal, he served as Sales Director
at Maximum Entertainment distributing the Disney owned Jetix TV channel's brands
for home entertainment.

Saxe joins BKN after 25 years of service at the BBC where he became Production
Director of BBC Video at BBC Worldwide. He is respected for his in-depth
knowledge and experience of the production and distribution business.

Accordingly, BKN is announcing a list of films that will be produced for
distribution in high quality traditional or CGI animation (Computer Graphic
Imagery) as follows:

   *Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves (72 minutes)
   *Kong II - Return to the Jungle (80 minutes)
   *A Christmas Carol (48 minutes)
   *Robin Hood (48 minutes)
   *Jungle Book (48 minutes)
   *Jack and the Beanstalk (48 minutes)
   *The Prince and the Pauper (48 minutes)
   *The Three Musketeers (48 minutes)
   *Gulliver's Travels (48 minutes)
   *Alice in Wonderland (48 minutes)
   *The Nutcracker (48 minutes)

BKN Home Entertainment will also handle the DVD release of new TV series such as
Legend of the Dragon, Kong - The Animated Series and Dork Hunters from Outer
Space as well as the full BKN catalogue.

"Our business model is to take more control over our products and content in all
forms and venues", said Bohbot. "We will be producing these projects, creating
the packaging, dubbing in major languages such as English, German, French,
Spanish, Portuguese and Italian and controlling the quality and quantity of the
replication worldwide. In the UK and Ireland, we will distribute under our own
label and in all other markets worldwide, we will secure distribution deals that
essentially "rent" the distribution with BKN collecting the gross receipts."
