  BKN signs new deal with Disney ABC Cable Networks Group on its Legend of the
                      Dragon property in the United States

17 October 2005 - BKN International AG ("BKN" or the "Company"), the Frankfurt
and London listed global animation company engaged in the distribution and
marketing of animated children's television programmes and related consumer
products, announces that its US subsidiary BKN New Media Inc has signed a
television broadcast licensing agreement with Disney ABC Cable Networks Group in
the USA on Legend of the Dragon (the "Series"), its latest production.  The
Series will premiere in fall 2006 on Jetix, the action/adventure programming
block, which airs during primetime on Toon Disney and mornings on ABC Family.

In addition, BKN's partners plan to launch the toy line and video games in the
US market in October 2006, supported by a meaningful advertising programme.
JTMG has been commissioned to handle all third party licensing and merchandising
in North America.

Based on the success of this property worldwide, BKN is commissioning production
of Legend of the Dragon - Season II consisting of 13 brand new episodes to be
delivered in summer 2006.
