  BKN clinches major deal with Germany's premier children's network and expands
                          its German business activities

BKN International AG ("BKN" or "the Company"), a global animation company
engaged in the distribution and marketing of animated children's television
programmes and related consumer products, today announces that it has signed a
new, long-term agreement with Super RTL, Germany's premier children's TV
network. The total value of the arrangement exceeds USD1.25million and will run
for several years.

Under the agreement, Super RTL has licensed BKN's new animated series 'Legend of
the Dragon' for broadcast in the popular 'Toggo Action Block' beginning January
2006. Additionally, Super RTL has acquired the rights to air the animated
full-length motion pictures, 'Kong-King of Atlantis' and 'Ali Baba and the Forty
Thieves - the Lost Scimitar of Arabia'. The agreement will result in significant
marketing, advertising and merchandising exposure for the above properties in
order to establish these brands successfully throughout Germany, Austria,
Switzerland and Poland.


Nicola Andrews, Vice president -Sales and Marketing of BKN, said:

children's entertainment and further validates the strength and global appeal of

these properties in shops throughout Germany as early as this Christmas. "

This deal marks the third transaction in Germany so far this year for BKN after
the re-license to Kinderkanal of the UBOS property and the appointment of EL
Euro Lizenzen in Munich as merchandising agent for Legend of the Dragon.

Nicola Andrews added: "We will have several properties on the air in Germany
this year and we expect to have substantial Legend of the Dragon licensed
products in the shops in 2006."
