                   NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING -

                                15 NOVEMBER 2006

                 ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENTION TO DE-LIST FROM AIM

On 20 October 2006, after both the London and Australia stock markets had
closed, Betcorp announced that the Company had entered into an agreement,
conditional only on the approval of Shareholders, to sell the Group's gaming
operations and operating infrastructure in Antigua and Toronto in their entirety
to Bodog Entertainment Group SA.


In view of its size and nature, the transaction is conditional upon the approval
of Shareholders, which is to be sought at an EGM of the Company to be held on 15
November 2006. An explanatory letter from the Chairman of Betcorp, together with
a notice convening the EGM at which the Resolution will be proposed, will be
sent to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website
www.betcorp.com.au. Subject to satisfying this condition, completion of the
transaction is expected to take place immediately following the EGM.


De-Listing from Trading on AIM


Following the sale of the gaming operations, the Company will have no trading
activity and the Board believes that the costs of maintaining the Company's AIM
listing, including ongoing compliance with the AIM Rules, are best saved to
maximize funds available to be returned to Shareholders. Accordingly, at the
EGM, a resolution will be put to Shareholders to approve an application being
made to de-list the shares. If approved, it is expected that the de-listing will
take effect from 7am, London time, on 23 November 2006. This resolution will be
passed if more than 75 per cent. of the votes cast at the EGM are in favour.


Should the de-listing be approved, the Company intends to continue to act in an
appropriate manner befitting a company with a wide shareholder base and,
accordingly, will keep shareholders abreast of corporate events of interest to
them either through postal notifications, or through announcements which will be
emailed to shareholders providing their email addresses to the company secretary
(secretary@betcorp.com.au) and by publishing such announcements on the Company's
website (www.betcorp.com.au).
