    ("AxisMobile" or "the Company")

    Result of General Meeting

    AxisMobile PLC (AIM: AXIS), today announces that all the resolutions proposed at its General Meeting, held on 10 September 2008, to
approve the sale (the "Disposal"), of Axis Mobile Ltd. the Company's only trading subsidiary, and to approve the cancellation of admission
to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares,  were duly passed. 
    It is expected that the cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares will take effect from 7am on 18 September
2008.

    As set out in the circular sent to AxisMobile shareholders on the 18th August 2008, the Board believes that Axismobile shareholders'
best interests will be served by the distribution to them of the shares in Synchronica plc, received by the Company in consideration of the
Disposal, and the solvent winding up of the Company.


    Following the de-listing, the ordinary shares of the Company will no longer be transferable through CREST. Shareholders who currently
hold ordinary shares in uncertificated form will receive share certificates.
