Change of Name

The name of Asterand Plc has today changed to BioSeek Plc. Trading in the Company's shares on the Main market of the London Stock Exchange under the new name of BioSeek Plc will take effect from 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 3 August 2012. The Company's stock exchange ticker will remain as ATD.

The Company's corporate website will change to www.bioseekinc.com.
