    ("ArgentVive" or the "Company")

    Possible sale of Solcara Limited ("Solcara")

    The Board of ArgentVive announces that it has received a conditional offer to acquire Solcara Limited, the Company's wholly owned
subsidiary.

    ArgentVive announced on 30 September that the Board is restructuring the Company with the intention to focus on Solcara and its core
businesses. This has prevented publication of the Company's Report and Accounts and led to suspension of trading in the Company's shares on
AIM.

    The restructuring is continuing, but the eventual outcome will be dependent on a number of factors and might now include the sale of
Solcara, should the Board decide that this is in the best interest of the Company, its shareholders and the customers and employees of
Solcara.

    The Board anticipates that a further announcement will be made shortly.
